The 2020 Cotes du Rhone Le Caillou Blanc is about half estate fruit. An unoaked blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Clairette and 15% each Roussanne and Viognier, it offers up ripe pear, stone fruit and melon aromas on the nose. In the mouth, it’s medium to full-bodied, plump and nicely rounded, lush and easy to drink. Consume it young.
