From 4.2 hectares of vineyards on the edge of the plateau of Pomerol, sandwiched between Rouget and Le Gay, the 2021 La Croix de Gay exhibits attractive aromas of sweet raspberries, cherries, rose petals and spices. Medium-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it’s an ample, seamless wine with fine tannins and lively acids. The blend is 96% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc.
