Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir (0.75 L)
WA: The 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Vaud¿ªsir was cropped on October 3 and spent 11 months in oak and tank. It is a little spicier on the nose compared to the Chablis les Clos ’13: attractive chalky scents emerging with continued aeration. The palate is succinctly balanced with touches of citrus peel and a vibrant spicy finish, fanning out with careless abandon on the satisfying finish. This is a sublime Chablis Grand Cru.
