Disgorged in early 2022, the 2014 Extra-Brut Grand Blanc is quite demonstrative out of the gates, exhibiting aromas of crisp orchard fruit, peach and lemon oil mingled with notions of nougat and buttery pastry. Medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, it’s broad and enveloping, with a giving core of fruit girdled by racy acids, concluding with a long, saline finish.
