NM: The Chasse Spleen is just a little disjointed on the nose at the moment, but comes together with aeration with touches of cigar box, raspberry coulis and Tiptree raspberry jam. The palate is medium-bodied with a supple entry, high extraction with quite a rich, plum and blackberry tinged finish that coats the mouth but just lacks a little finesse.
