This wine aromatics start with focused Meyer Lemon then show hints of apple with lemon curd.On the palate it has a nervous tension that cuts through your palate. It is light but has weight.The weight builds with time and exposure to air. This is a wine to drink over a couple hours and enjoy the evolution in glass. It is Chardonnay with aging potential. If you prefer a wine with more citrus and acidic perception drink in the next two years. Over the next 8 to 10 years the wine will add richness and develop secondary flavors of pear, ripe apple and hazelnut.
