Based on 70% Grenache and 15% each Syrah andMourvèdre that was all destemmed, the 2023Châteauneuf Du Pape is dee ruby-hued and revealsloads of ripe red and black berry fruits supported bypeppery herbs, violets, and floral, spicy nuances. It’sbeautifully balanced, medium to full-bodied, has ripetannins, and outstanding length.
