Clos des Goisses (with Wooden Case) (3 L)

BH: Strong aromas of petrol and yeast predominate at present over the elegant and pure aromas of citrus, white flowers and apple scents. As is usually the case there is a highly refined mouth feel to the wonderfully intense, rich and complex flavors that are shaped by a wonderfully fine effervescence, all wrapped in a notably dry finish. This is an unusually powerful vintage of Clos des Goisses and another interesting aspect is how dry it is for a 2005. While this could be enjoyed now I would suggest holding it for another 3 to 5 years first to allow a bit more overall depth to develop.
